BMW ICOM plus Dell E6430 laptop, comes with New Version 06/2015.

The new version software is based on Windows8.1 System, comes with 06/2015, ISTA/D 3.49.20 ISTA/P 3.55.4.000. 

And this one is based on ISPI Next System, not the normal Rheingold, 100% same as the latest one that BMW Dealer is using.
